HISTORY

NEWTECH EQUIPMENT SPECIALISTS COMPANY. INC. was organized to formalize the hauling activities of ORO VILLA CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT CORP. which eventually seized operations towards the end of 2006. The remaining assets of the construction company were converted into tractor heads, self-loading trucks and trailers to commence the trucking fleet.

Initially, the clienteles are former co-contractors, heavy equipment agents, buyers and dealers.

Since the latter part of 2006 and lasting until 2007, rampant buying by Arabian exporters of heavy equipment in the Philippines made a name for NEWTECH to be known in the entire Luzon Areas.

Concurrently, Maxima Machineries, an authorized dealer of Komatsu Brand, tapped the exclusive services of NEWTECH for the delivery of brand-new equipment to its clients all over Luzon and Visayan Regions for 5 years.

In a late 2008, NEWTECH also earned the trust and confidence of MONARK EQUIPMENT, an exclusive distributor of CATERPILLAR Brand, and became one of its heavy haulers since then. Simultaneously, ERICSSON TELECOMS contracted NEWTECH for their entire Luzon Projects during same year.

NEWTECH auspiciously managed to position itself as one of the top 20 heavy haulers in the Philippines towards the end of 2008.

2012 – 2017

On our 7th year of operations, NEWTECH embarked furthermore and pushed itself to undertake large quantities of oversized cargoes for Mining Companies- Oceana Gold and FCF Minerals--- hauling them to the mountain tops of Quirino and Nueva Vizcaya Provinces.

Newtech successfully secured a significant contract with FCF Minerals Corp. in Runruno, Nueva Vizcaya, a leading player in the mining industry. Newtech provided specialized hauling services for their equipment, leveraging our expertise and capabilities to ensure efficient and safe transportation solutions. FCF Minerals Corp., has been awarded its largest contract to Newtech , significant milestone marks as a major achievement for our organization and underscores our capabilities in delivering high-quality services.

2018 – 2020

In 2020, NEWTECH MEGA TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS formerly NEWTECH TRANS-LOGISTICS SPECIALISTS CORP. (2016- 2018) is now integrated with MAROVILL CONSOLIDATED RESOURCES CORP., being its original owner and mother company. Despite economic downturns and regulatory changes, we adapted by diversifying our services and investing in sustainable practices. These new challenges undertaken by NEWTECH brought forth higher level of confidences and enhanced skills of transportation crews that brings pride and glory of the company in the Philippine Transport Industry.

Present Day (2021 – Present)

Today, Newtech Mega Transport Solutions operates a fleet of 30 trucks with over 80 different types of trailers providing comprehensive logistics solutions to clients nationwide. The NEWTECH Trucks, with a signature color of orange and blue, signifies competitiveness and quality services of competent staff and crew, who devote time and effort to deliver the cargoes the cheaper, safer and quicker way at all times. As of today, NEWTECH managed to deliver tens of thousands of valuable equipment and cargoes as heavy as 150 tons, as long as 40.0 meters (130 feet), as wide as 6.0 meters (20 feet), and as high as 4.5 meters (14.0 feet), in all types of weather conditions.

From 2021- present, Newtech Mega Transport Solutions is proud to play a vital role in the port rehabilitation of Claveria Port in Claveria, Cagayan, Currimao Port in Currimao Ilocos Norte, Legazpi Port in Albay Bicol , Jose Panganiban Port in Camarines Norte,Matnog Port in Sorsogon, Balogo Port in Pasacao, Camarines Sur, Liloan Port in Liloan Southern Leyte, Tacloban Port in Tacloban Leyte and San Ricardo Port in Southern Leyte.

In partnership collaboration with different private organization. We have been entrusted with the transportation of critical materials from Luzon to Visayas region supporting the country’s infrastructure development and economic growth.

After the past three years, our team has demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise in supporting the port rehabilitation efforts of Philippine Ports Authority (PPA).

Simultaneously in the same year, we’re committed to delivering exceptional services for the Pasig – Marikina

River Channel Improvement Project under the Department of Public Works & Highways (DPWH),. From First- Fifth (1st – 5th ) Shipment , Eight to Sixteenth (8th – 16th) Shipment transporting the H-Beams and Steel Sheet Piles supporting the project’s goal to mitigate flooding due to overflow of Pasig and Marikina Rivers. Our team rendered in total of 36,803.80 tonnage weight or 1, 238 Number of Trips.

Both projects of Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) and Department of Public Works & Highways (DPWH), solidifying our position as a trusted partner in the industry.

Our Company has just celebrated it’s 18th year in providing services in different aspects of transport logistics. But while we aspire to be one of the best service providers in the industry, we can't simply be contented with how far we've reached--- we need to aim higher…! So as we embark to tackle new challenges, the major stockholders of the Company decided to spin-off the operations by allowing the heavy haul operations to flourish on its own and simultaneously expand the services in tapping other related activities such regular trucking, forwarding & distribution, lifting, as well as handling and rigging of Industrial machinery. Below of these visions, the Company channel all efforts and dedication to usher in: increase the number of our transport logistics, employ modern transport methodologies and ideas, maintain competitive pricing within the industry, improve or further develop the expertise of our personnel & crew, conduct and complete our commitments in much safer, faster and reliable delivery schedules at any given situations.
